After several years of running a trail construction team, Mike co-founded BGWT with Tim to create a company who's focus is on safety, sustainability and quality. An environmentalist at heart and having built his own house in his free time, Mike is no stranger to sustainable construction.

Tim Greening
With 20 years experience in business and project management, Tim transitioned to working in the Blue Mountains building Walking Tracks. After several years working in the industry he co-founded Blue Gum Walking Tracks. With a passion for the mountains and trail running and over 5 years of track building experience Tim has an eye for aesthetics and a passion for sustainability.

Andy Phelan
Andy (Spoons) Phelan began life as a musician before turning to landscaping, construction and ultimately trail building. An experienced excavator operator, stone mason and woodworker, Andy is a a jack of all trades and a master of many.

Joel Kubo
After several years working in mechanical engineering and 5 years in bush regeneration, Joel turned to trail building to combine his two favourite things, building with natural materials and the outdoors. He has accumulated experience in a variety of facets including dry-stone work, timber and steel construction, FRP boardwalks and bridges and trail design.
